Lessons 2, 3, and 4 Cover "The Ticking Box"; "Pandora's Box" and the "Black Box" types of flashbacks with exercises to work with your specific issues so you can fully identify them when they arise.
Lesson 5 is Called "The Way Out." it is filled with tips and strategies to resolve the issues permanently.
It is understood when a flashback occurs we are jolted and often forget what we have learned when we were relaxed and present. So each lesson is available and can be used many times.
There is also professional support should you need it. The course has one free personal counselling / coaching session included. The whole course plus the free session is priced at the normal cost of one counselling hour. Will you take the blue one, or the red one? .
